The CM Collaborative team is engaged as the Property Consultant, providing ongoing support to ownership in overseeing building operations, coordinating with tenants, and managing construction improvements across the development.
Our role is centered on ensuring the property operates smoothly and continues to meet the needs of its diverse tenant base. We assist tenants with buildouts and improvements, facilitate communication between ownership and contractors, and oversee upgrades that protect the long-term performance of the development.
Key projects include: multiple phase roofing replacement projects, replacement and maintenance of rooftop HVAC equipment, landscaping redesigns to reduce water usage and promote native plant growth, irrigation system upgrades, including installation of a natural irrigation system using a sustainable independent water source and parking lot resurface.
By combining construction expertise with operational support, we deliver the value of a property manager while maintaining a consultant-based relationship. The result is a well-coordinated, efficiently run property where both ownership and tenants are supported by proactive oversight and streamlined project execution.
