Description
Since 2015, CM Collaborative has partnered with the area franchisees for Orangetheory Fitness to deliver 17 new studio locations across Central Ohio, along with numerous refreshes and upgrades over time. Each project required precise execution to meet Orangetheory’s critical acoustical standards, especially in mixed-use buildings where studios were located beneath apartments or adjacent to other businesses. Our team implemented specialized sound mitigation strategies to ensure high-energy workouts stayed contained within the space.
We’ve built a strong working relationship with Orangetheory’s corporate construction team, providing clear and consistent weekly progress reports to keep them fully informed. Careful coordination with OTF’s vendors and A/V partners ensured the timely delivery and installation of all FF&E and technology components, enabling each studio to open on schedule and operate seamlessly from day one.
