Thrive, the owner and developer of GVX, engaged CM Collaborative as a consultant for the rollout of The Little Grand Market, leveraging our successful experience with Bridge Park’s North Market. We advised on cost-effective space planning, hood design engineering, and flooring solutions for vendor stalls and back-of-house areas. Our consulting also included developing market construction standards, writing build processes for vendor stall rollout, and coordinating between architects, engineers, and vendors for the shell building and individual vendor stalls.
