Description
This project involved the complete renovation of a 4,000-square-foot office space and significant upgrades to a 65,000-square-foot warehouse. The building was fully stripped of all wiring and copper piping before receiving comprehensive system replacements. Improvements included new plumbing, water heaters, fixtures, and an emergency shower/eye wash, along with fire protection enhancements such as new sprinkler heads and branch line repairs. HVAC work featured new rooftop units, radiant heaters, ventilation fans, and ductwork modifications, while electrical upgrades encompassed replacing or repairing distribution equipment, modernizing lighting, installing new devices, and providing equipment connections. The completed facility is now fully code-compliant, with modern finishes, upgraded infrastructure, and enhanced mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems.
