Description
This warehouse renovation for Quad Graphics transformed both operations and the workplace environment, pairing critical infrastructure upgrades with employee-focused amenities. The project included building a new 2,450 sq. ft. office space and breakroom, providing a modern, functional setting to support daily operations.
Key infrastructure enhancements featured a complete overhaul of 12 loading docks, including new dock pits, seals, doors, and levelers to maximize efficiency and safety. Additional upgrades included expanded electrical service, installation of 13 gas unit heaters, and diamond-sealed concrete floors for long-lasting durability and low maintenance.
The renovation also resolved multiple fire protection deficiencies across eight systems in the building, including sprinkler head replacements, valve room upgrades, dry pipe valve repairs, system flushes, and a fire pump inspection retest, bringing the facility into full compliance with current safety standards.
