Description
Genesis Healthcare Systems set out to establish a new medical office inside a 200-year-old historic building in Somerset, Ohio, a structure that had previously served as the community’s public library. While the setting was rich in history, it posed significant construction challenges.
The age of the building meant that floors and ceilings were far from level, creating unique difficulties in achieving finished surfaces that appeared aligned. Integrating modern mechanical systems into the old framework added further complexity, requiring careful planning and coordination.
This project showcases CM Collaborative’s strength in solving technical challenges through collaboration, adaptability, and attention to detail.
