Completed 10 days ahead of schedule with a minimal punch list, this medical spa build-out for CAPS in Bridge Park demonstrates CM Collaborative’s dedication to quality and efficiency. Our design-build team carefully navigated grade changes to ensure ADA-compliant accessibility while maintaining the existing front lobby reception layout. By expanding the spa with six new treatment rooms, we enabled CAPS to increase its service capacity and revenue. The result is a high-end, beautifully finished environment.
