Serving as Owner’s Representative for INEOS Enterprises’ North American Headquarters, CM Collaborative led the planning and delivery of a 34,000-square-foot corporate office in Grandview, Ohio. Designed to foster a successful return-to-office transition, the space features a modern, amenity-rich environment with flexible work areas and cutting-edge technology integrated into 24 conference and meeting rooms.
CM Collaborative provided end-to-end representation, ensuring the client’s vision, quality, and budget were fully realized. Our services included:

Architectural and engineering teams
Audiovisual systems for 24 conference and meeting rooms

“CM Collaborative was engaged as the Owners Representative for the INEOS Enterprises NA Headquarters located in Grandview Yard in Grandview, Ohio. This high visibility tenant improvement project involved multiple internal and external stakeholders with the multiple contractors and vendors.
CM Collaborative was engaged immediately after site selection and took the lead in soliciting proposals from architects, engineers, audio-visual providers, furniture vendors, kitchen equipment suppliers, graphics teams, movers, data cabling vendors, modular wall system providers, and security vendors. They worked closely with the architect and engineer to help design a space that would impress stakeholders. Throughout construction, CM Collaborative conducted regular walk-throughs to ensure the contractor delivered the level of detail and quality expected for such a high-profile build. No detail was overlooked from design and construction to punch out, and move in.
CM Collaborative took full ownership of the project’s quality, cost, and schedule, ultimately driving savings and strong contingency management.
