The Dublin Food Pantry had outgrown its previous space and secured a former daycare to convert into a new home. Their vision was a welcoming, dignified shopping environment paired with efficient back-of-house operations. To get there, they needed a partner who could not only build but also guide them through design, budgeting, and board-level decision-making.
CM Collaborative began in a consulting role, attending space planning meetings and shaping cost-effective design strategies, creating detailed construction budgets to give the Board of Directors financial clarity, and presenting scope and pricing packages that allowed the Board to move forward with confidence.
This trust-based partnership naturally evolved into a design-build relationship, giving the Pantry a single partner from planning through completion.
