Description:
At Columbus OB/GYN in Hilliard, CM Collaborative delivered a complete interior refresh on an accelerated 10-day schedule. Working closely with the client, our team transformed the facility by installing new sheet vinyl flooring, replacing countertops with careful removal and reinstallation of sinks and faucets, and updating millwork, providing and installing 15 new doors, refinishing 10 existing doors, and restoring 45 window frames. We refreshed the space further with updated ceiling tiles, skim-coated and painted walls, and strategic electrical upgrades.
One of the most complex elements of the project was the relocation of the mammography machine from the lower level to the first floor. This required structural reinforcement of the floor joists and relocation of an electrical sub-panel, work that demanded precision planning and flawless execution.
Despite the ambitious scope and tight timeline, the project was completed on time with only a minor punch list, resulting in a modern, functional, and welcoming environment that enhances both patient care and staff efficiency.
