Description: This tenant improvement for SkinSpirit at The Shoppes at River Ridge reimagined an existing medspa to better align with a modern, client-focused experience. The goal was to move away from a cold, clinical feel and create an environment that feels warm, inviting, and designed for comfort and privacy.

The renovation opened up the space and refined the layout to improve flow while introducing a more elevated atmosphere throughout. Large-format tile, vinyl wall coverings, and custom-built millwork were carefully integrated to bring texture, depth, and a sense of comfort to each treatment and retail area.

Working in collaboration with Darin Ranker Architects, the project focused on balancing functionality with a high-end aesthetic ensuring both staff efficiency and a premium client experience. The result is a polished, modern medspa environment delivered on schedule and within budget.
