This tenant improvement for Lagree House in Grandview, Ohio transformed an existing office suite into a 3,860-square-foot reformer Pilates studio designed to support both performance and atmosphere. The goal was to convert a standard office layout into a focused, high-functioning fitness environment with a clear, industrial character.
The renovation included complete interior demolition and a full buildout, introducing new lighting and sound systems, dedicated retail areas, and a finished exposed concrete floor. The layout was reworked to better support circulation and training flow while maintaining a clean, cohesive aesthetic throughout. An inset, backlit curved mirror wall detail was constructed as the primary focal point of the studio.
The result is a refined studio environment that balances durability with design intent, delivering a functional and visually consistent space aligned with the Lagree House brand.
